These terms govern your use of RETALEX s.r.o. and outline your rights and responsibilities as a user.

Acceptance of Terms and Platform Access
By accessing or using RETALEX s.r.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use RETALEX s.r.o.. Users between 13-18 years old must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.
Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with others is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Community Standards and Conduct
Users must maintain respectful behavior in all community interactions. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, doxxing, or any form of abusive conduct toward other users is strictly prohibited.
Gaming-related discussions should remain constructive and welcoming. Toxic behavior, griefing coordination, or activities that harm the gaming experience for others will result in disciplinary action.
Content Guidelines and Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of content they create but grant RETALEX s.r.o. a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the platform for service operation and improvement.
All content must comply with applicable laws and our community guidelines. Copyrighted material, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights is prohibited.
Gaming Events and Session Coordination
Event organizers are responsible for accurately describing events, managing participant expectations, and conducting events as advertised. Misrepresentation or failure to deliver promised gaming experiences may result in penalties.
Participants must respect event rules, arrive punctually for scheduled sessions, and maintain appropriate conduct throughout gaming activities.
Premium Services and Payment Terms
Premium subscriptions provide enhanced features and are billed according to the selected plan. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.
Creator Monetization and Revenue Sharing
Community creators may monetize through subscriptions, tips, and event ticketing. RETALEX s.r.o. retains a percentage of transactions as outlined in our Creator Agreement.
Creators must comply with tax obligations in their jurisdiction and provide accurate payment information for revenue distribution. Fraudulent monetization activities will result in immediate account termination.
Platform Availability and Service Modifications
RETALEX s.r.o. strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice to users, except in cases of emergency or legal requirements.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using RETALEX s.r.o., you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that some information may be shared with other community members for gaming coordination purposes.
Prohibited Activities and Enforcement
Users may not engage in activities that compromise platform security, violate others' rights, or interfere with normal platform operation. This includes hacking attempts, spam, bot usage, or circumventing platform restrictions.
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or legal action depending on severity. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activities and cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
Third-Party Integrations and External Links
RETALEX s.r.o. integrates with various gaming platforms, streaming services, and communication tools. These integrations are governed by the respective third-party terms of service.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Users interact with external services at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
RETALEX s.r.o. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our liability for any damages arising from platform use is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fortaleza, CE, Brazil, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against RETALEX s.r.o., except where prohibited by applicable law.
Account Termination and Data Retention
Users may terminate their accounts at any time through account settings. RETALEX s.r.o. may terminate accounts for violations of these terms or other legitimate business reasons.
Upon termination, user access is immediately revoked, though certain data may be retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and platform integrity purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Terms Modifications and Communication
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Continued use of RETALEX s.r.o. after terms modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who disagree with changes may terminate their accounts before the effective date.
